Never start mass production without an approved "golden sample". This physical sample, signed and sealed, serves as the ultimate benchmark for all production quality and settles disputes over finishes or colors.
2. Inline Inspection (DUPRO)
Checking goods when production is 20-30% complete allows you to catch systemic defects early. Fixing an issue on the assembly line is infinitely cheaper than waiting until everything is finished and packaged.
3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Conducted when 100% of goods are produced and at least 80% are packed. We use standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) methodologies to statistically ensure the batch meets your expectations before paying the balance.
4. Packaging and Loading Checks
Even perfect products can be ruined by poor packaging. We verify carton strength, barcode scannability, and monitor the container loading process to prevent damage and ensure the correct quantities are shipped.
5. Why Local Presence Matters
Relying solely on factory self-reporting is risky. VIVA's on-the-ground team in Guangzhou and Foshan physically visits the factory floor to be your independent eyes and ears, ensuring genuine accountability.
